Artisans Thrive was launched by two women in 2013 with a mission to accelerate skills, income, and capacity for female artisans worldwide while emboldening customers to make ethical purchases. We partner with more than 50 artisan groups (largely made up of women) from around the world. We work with them across the supply chain–from forming and training artisan groups, to designing new products, to providing access to global markets. Awakening Spaces was born after I realized that my environment was negatively impacting my health. Create Good was started in 2016 with a drive to breathe life into vintage items and thrift store finds. Our one of a kind handmade products are made almost entirely from mens’ dress shirts and vintage atlas books. With a background in nonprofit work throughout most of my 20s, I learned a lot about sustainable practices.
